The Falcon Viva Sharm is a small and friendly hotel with 92 pleasant air-conditioned rooms, each having a balcony or patio, satellite television, mini-fridge and direct dial telephone. The main restaurant serves buffet-style meals and snacks are available poolside and at the Bedouin Cafe. The hotel has an impressive freshwater outdoor swimming pool as well as having a separate pool especially for children. Their New Waves dive centre is a five-minute walk from the hotel but for those guests with heavy equipment, transportation may be arranged.

Falcon Viva Sharm is located in the Um El Sid area of Sharm El Sheikh and opposite its sister property, the Falcon Hills. For the added convenience of guests, the hotel provides a courtesy shuttle service to its two private beaches during the day and to Na'ama Bay every evening.
